1.⁠ ⁠Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued once a course has been purchased.

Once access to the course is provided, students gain full access to the content, making refunds not possible.

2.⁠ ⁠Exchange Policy

Students are allowed to exchange one course for another course of equal or lesser value within 7 days of purchase, provided they have not completed more than 20% of the course content.

If the new course has a higher price than the original course, the student must pay the difference.

Exchanges can only be requested once per order.
